This year the Case IH product development team have again produced excellent work with great success. The jury at SIMA 2011 awarded these innovations Gold and Silver. We congratulate our designers and are proud of the support

A Golden working relationship V2V Vehicle-to-vehicle technology is not just the interface between human and machine that is essential. The wireless link between equipment - where one assumes the function of master and takes control of the other - can greatly ease the burden on the driver. Automating vehicles during the unloading sequence on a combine, for example, turned out to be a golden idea for the jury at SIMA 2011.

Award-winning variability The Case IH continiously variable PTO drive for tractors was awarded Silver at SIMA 2011. Today’s PTO uses a fixed ratio between engine and PTO revolutions. Case IH is working to bring tomorrow’s technology to the field. The CVT-PTO saves fuel by lowering the engine speed whilst keeping the PTO revolutions.
